Orewix provides consulting, design, development and marketing services under separately executed statements of work. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this website — copy, imagery, code samples and branding — is owned by Orewix or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
4. Client work
Ownership of deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment, subject to a perpetual license for Orewix to reference completed work in portfolio materials.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential and sign mutual NDAs on request.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orewix's total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are resolved in San Francisco County.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
